Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the BYOOT BAY website and the booking of any stay, day-use visit, dining, spa, physiotherapy, sports, or event service offered by Byoot Bay Resort and its brands (KEMZO Hotel, Imperial Spa, Al-Sammak Restaurant, Royal Physio). By using this website or making a reservation you agree to these terms.
1. Reservations and Deposits. A reservation is confirmed only after we receive the required deposit. Unless stated otherwise in your booking confirmation, a deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required to confirm a reservation, and this deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due on arrival unless your confirmation states otherwise.
2. Option Period. Where we grant a provisional hold ("option") on a room, venue, or date, the option is valid for 72 hours from the time it is issued. If the deposit is not received within the option period, the hold is released automatically without further notice.
3. Prices. All prices are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes and service charges unless stated otherwise. Prices shown on the website may change; the price confirmed in your booking confirmation is the binding price.
4. Payment. We accept payment by card and mobile wallet through our licensed payment providers, by InstaPay, and in cash at the resort. Online payments are processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store your full card details.
5. Changes and Cancellations. Requests to change dates are subject to availability. Deposits are non-refundable as described above. Where a service must be cancelled by the resort for reasons within our control, we will offer an alternative date or a refund of amounts paid for the affected service.
6. Guest Conduct. Guests must comply with resort policies communicated on site, including safety instructions for pools and sports facilities. The resort may refuse service where a guest's conduct endangers others.
7. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, the resort is not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Egyptian law.
8. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
